Drawing Inspiration from Real Family Adventures
Every Charlie Armadillo adventure is inspired by a real family trip, a simple outdoor activity, and the wildlife we encountered—or sometimes hoped to encounter! Whenever possible, we choose experiences that are affordable and accessible, with many activities being free (aside from travel).
My hope is that Charlie inspires children to step outside, explore with curiosity, and discover the wonder of nature for themselves. Whether it’s visiting a National Park, hiking a trail, spotting wildlife, or simply spending more time outdoors, every adventure is an opportunity to learn, care for the environment, and feel like an explorer.
